We know that this one of the most important decisions you'll need to make for your wedding. Here are a few helpful tips to keep in mind when
deciding which DJ is right for you:
1- Do other companies provide a written contract?
At Kustom Sound, we not only provide you with a contract, but sit down and explain it in detail, and answer any questions you may have. We
make sure that both you, and your event are completely covered.
2- Do they have the date you want?
We have a number of available systems that are at our disposal, along with a large staff of Disc Jockeys, so we can accommodate multiple
venues each and everyday. Kustom Sound will never "Sub-Contract" our venues to other businesses. So you can rest assured that you
will receive our best!
3- How many playing hours are included?
Most other companies start their packages at 4 hours, and then charge you an extravagant amount per hour afterward. With Kustom Sound, we
cater to your needs, and provide you with many different packages, and even if necessary, design a specific package just for you and your budget!
4- What will the Disc Jockeys be wearing?
In most cases your package deal with other companies does not include a Tuxedo dressed DJ. Usually it is a "hidden cost" somewhere on
your contract. BE CAREFUL! According to New York State Law, they are not required to explain this to you unless you ask them if there are
any "hidden fees". With Kustom Sound all of our DJ's are professionally dressed in Black and White Tuxedos and at no additional charge to you!
5 - Do you include a light package for dancing?
At Kustom Sound we provide an awesome display of lights, laser, fog, and even bubble machines, all at no additional cost!!
6 - How long have they been in business?
Kustom Sound has been serving the WNY area for over 15 years.
7 - Do they perform publicly anywheres else on a regular basis?
We have been performing publicly throughout WNY for many years. Some of our regular clients include, the Millennium Hotel, 97 Rock Tailgate
parties, Macaroons Nightclub, The Filler, and many, many more.
8 - Are they the Disc Jockey they will be having performing at their event?
We realize how very important it is to meet one-on-one with the DJ of your event. Thats why you will have the chance to personally meet your DJ
ahead of time and actually work with him one-on-one throughout the planning of your event. Then you can come to know him, and in turn, he'll
get to know you, and you'll be able to maintain a personal professional relationship with the DJ of your event!
9 - How much of a deposit will I need to put down?
At Kustom Sound our normal required deposit is only $100.00
10 - How many times can I meet with you?
Other companies offer you an initial consultation for free, but then charge you $50.00 or more for each additional consult!
Kustom Sound, you may meet with our staff as much as you need for no additional cost to you - EVER!
